Description
Discover farmhouse cheeses, including Bleu du Vercors-Sassenage PDO and Cimarain. Watch the "Villard de Lans" cows being milked at 6pm, and take advantage of direct sales. An authentic farming experience!
The farm has a herd of "Villard de Lans" dairy cows, a local Vercors breed, and a few Abondance cows. All the milk from these cows is processed on the farm into various cheeses:
Bleu du Vercors Sassenage AOC, farmhouse tommes, Brique, Cimarain (Gruyère-type) Fromages Blancs.
