This vacation rental is located 800 meters from a charming little hilltop village at an elevation of 650 meters, in the heart of the countryside, facing south with views of the Ouvèze Valley. The property is 9 km from Buis-les-Baronnies.
On site, you can enjoy the pool and the many hiking and mountain biking trails, with trails starting right from the cottage.

It is ideally located in the Parc des Baronnies Provençales, making it the perfect base for exploring: the Drôme, northern Vaucluse with Vaison-la-Romaine, the legendary Mont Ventoux, the climbing sites and the exceptional Via Ferrata in Buis-les-Baronnies, the lavender fields in late June and July, and the weekly Provençal markets (in Buis or Nyons).
Cottage adjoining the owners’ home, with separate access path and entrance. No neighbors directly across the way.
Raised ground floor (a few steps): entryway, kitchen, and dining area with fireplace (insert), living room in the sunroom with a beautiful view (non-convertible sofa, armchairs, TV). 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed (160x200) and the other with two single beds or a double bed (2x80 or 1x160x200), bathroom (walk-in shower), separate toilet.

Shared swimming pool (4x10m) with the owners (access to the pool via 3 sets of terraced stone steps), open from late April to late September, weather permitting. Non-smoking cottage.
You’ll enjoy a private, shaded garden that’s not fenced in and has no neighbors directly across. Available for your use: gas grill, lounge chairs. Secure bike garage. Pets not allowed.
