Since 2009, Charles Helfenbein has cultivated vines with passion and expertise. A dedicated winemaker, he brings all his experience and exacting standards to the creation of authentic and elegant wines.

His ambition is clear: to produce beautiful wines, true to the richness of the terroir and respectful of nature. Each vintage tells a story, one of meticulous work and a constant desire to innovate while preserving tradition.

Nestled on a limestone hillside dating back to the Cretaceous period, the Brézème vineyard is one of the smallest in France… but also one of the most unique. The ancient terraces, still visible in places, bear witness to a time when vines covered these sun-drenched slopes extensively.

Today, we are committed to nurturing this exceptional terroir and preserving its authenticity, with a firm commitment to perpetuating the legacy of Brézème wines, in the spirit and continuity of the work of our brother, Charles Helfenbein.

We also welcome the public directly to the cellar, by appointment, to share our work, offer tastings of our wines, and facilitate direct purchases at the estate.
