Winemaker's evening - Domaine Vendome

Céline & Romain are opening the doors to their winery for an evening to celebrate the end of the harvest with a traditional winemaker’s meal: sausages and bacon à la gène. A timeless experience that blends tradition, togetherness, and authenticity.

The sausages and pieces of bacon are placed right in the heart of the still, surrounded by grape pomace (la gène), for a slow cook that results in a melt-in-your-mouth texture.
Serve this with potatoes, also cooked in the still, and you have the perfect meal for a convivial gathering.
