Through activities or stays ranging from one day to a week, I'll share my passion for the outdoors: friluftsliv! Follow me on the trails of the Southern Vercors (or into the heart of the Finnish forests), in a star formation or on an itinerary, where we'll have the opportunity to open our eyes and ears to traces of passage and animal presence. Initiation to bivouac, bushcraft, track reading, botanical identification, shelter building or fire lighting techniques - these are just a few of the activities we'll be doing to share this "life of the woods" spirit, which will enhance our hikes together.
