South-facing, the house is bathed in light. You'll enjoy a terrace with pergola and garden furniture, and a private swimming pool with breathtaking views of the Baronnies mountains (open from May to September, 8.5x4m, depth 1m40, alarm).

Inside, the living area features a dining area, TV lounge and fully equipped kitchen.
The house has 4 bedrooms: one with a double bed (1x160) and en-suite shower room (Italian shower/WC), with direct access to the terrace. Two bedrooms with double beds (1x140) (1x160) and one bedroom with single beds (2x90). Second shower room, separate WC.
