Remarks
Convenient EV charging: recharge your electric vehicle directly on site for just €15 per day (unlimited use). Our Level 2 charging station ensures that your car is ready for your next adventure. Just let us know you need charging access when you book!
Water supply: the property uses filtered spring water from private cisterns rather than the municipal network - please bring bottled water for drinking, cooking, etc.
The olive grove is actively tended and harvested by a local farmer, requiring periodic maintenance, but with particular care to minimize any disturbance to guests.
Access is via a narrow mountain road and an unpaved path.
Some parts of the property are difficult to access (e.g. irregular stairs): it is not suitable for disabled and/or reduced-mobility guests.
Pool availability: the pool is generally available from June to September, depending on the local climate. Depending on weather conditions, we may be able to extend the pool season into May and/or October of a given year. We will be happy to confirm pool conditions for your specific dates on request.
CCTV cameras cover the outside entrance to the house; they cannot record anything inside the house, on the terraces or at the pool. Inside the house, there are two non-active photo cameras, which are only activated when the alarm is armed (which by definition is not the case if tenants are present).
