Free-range organic pigs raised on large meadows and woodlands in Lus-La-Croix-Haute.
Market sales only: from March to June on Saturdays in Mens and Sundays in Lus, and in July and August on Wednesdays in Lus and Saturdays in Mens.
Established in Le Trabuëch in 2021, this small individual farm produces around forty procs a year. The animals are raised year-round in the open air, and the entire production is certified organic.
Products are sold at the Lus market from February to the end of August, every other week out of season, and every week (Wednesday and Sunday) in July and August.
