For three generations, the house of Val Roubion in Montélimar has been perpetuating an exceptional know-how in the elaboration of its nougat near the banks of the Roubion river at 3 bis Avenue d'Aygu in Montélimar.

The artisanal Val Roubion nougat factory has always been run by passionate gourmets always in search of excellence. Maison Val Roubion prepares its nougats according to well-kept recipes but which owe their finesse and their uniqueness both to traditional manufacturing techniques and to the methodical choice of the ingredients used.
For all these years, a privileged relationship has been forged with our suppliers and producers of raw materials, whether for almonds, pistachios, honey or even vanilla pods.
