Begin the day with an audioguided visit to the Arnaud Soubeyran Nougat Factory in Montélimar. Since 1837, this historic house has preserved the traditional craft of nougat-making, gently cooked in copper cauldrons using the bain-marie method. Discover the museum area, enjoy views of the production workshops (morning cooking on weekdays), and conclude with a tasting of nougat and sweet specialities in the shop.

End of the Day – Local Flavours
The day concludes at Croc Déli Drôme Biscuit Factory in Cléon-d’Andran, with a presentation of the workshop and a tasting of traditional Drôme specialities, offering a delightful final note to this enriching excursion.
