Gîte on the first floor (1 part of the large 15-bed gîte) of the house overlooking the garden, with facilities for people with reduced mobility. The floor above your apartment will be unoccupied during your vacation.
Accessible from the shaded terrace, a sleeping area with 1 comfortable double bed (1x160x200) separated from the TV lounge area by rattan furniture. A kitchen with dining area and 2 beds: 2 bunk beds (90x190) in an alcove. Spacious bathroom (bath, washbasin, walk-in shower and toilet with grab rails). Laundry room with washing machine.
On-site parking (including sheltered parking space). The swimming pool is private (salt-treated, 4x12m, 1.4m deep, fenced, heated, open from May to October, weather permitting. Swimming lessons with a lifeguard are available.
Taps supplied with controlled municipal spring water.
Pets accepted on request (contact reservation service). Provencal gîte set in grounds planted with fruit trees and truffle oaks, 2 km from the village of Montségur-sur-Lauzon, with its essential shops.
Departure point for walks or bike rides to the garrigue or the fragrant plain (lavender, aromatic herbs).
