Studio located on the first floor of the owners' home, with separate entrance. The living area is spacious, with a TV lounge area and a sofa bed (1x90x200) as well as a pull-out bed (1x90x200), a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen. The sleeping area features a double bed (1x140), bathroom with shower and toilet.

There's a small sheltered terrace with garden furniture and a small garden. The gîte is located on the edge of a little-used road (a few local cars and pedestrians). Parking space on the property.
