In this way, each Sophro morning is an invitation to reconnect with oneself by taking the time to pause, to pause in order to meet oneself, with the fresh eyes of a child who discovers, is amazed or marvels.
Each Sophro matinee is an opportunity to develop a better understanding of yourself and to mobilize your own resources for a serene daily life, in a natural setting conducive to letting go and multiplying the benefits of the practice tenfold.
