Perched at the end of the hamlet road, facing Mont Ventoux at an altitude of 600 meters, the villa opened its doors in August 2025. With its bioclimatic design, the house is entirely dedicated to seasonal rentals, and has been thought out with this in mind, so that every holidaymaker can take full advantage of this place in the heart of nature, just ten minutes from Buis -les- Baronnies.

The accommodation has 4 bedrooms with private shower rooms and toilets for maximum comfort. The 180X200 bedding, organic cotton comforters and percale linen are hotel-quality. Beds will be made up for your arrival and towels provided.

The covered terrace will protect you from the summer sun; a table for 8 people and a bench with cushions will enable you to spend pleasant moments relaxing. The 10 x 2.50 m swimming pool with underwater deck and boules pitch are just next door.

In the living room, you'll find a smart TV and a sound bar, so you can connect to your personal streaming services and enjoy 200 Orange TV channels. The house is connected to fiber. The fully-equipped kitchen, with its large table seating 8, opens directly onto the terrace through its large sliding doors.

You'll find everything you need in Buis- les- Baronnies. Vaison-la-Romaine is just twenty-five minutes away, and the village of Puyméras, renowned for its Côtes du Rhône wines, just a short distance away. Further east, the medieval village of Montbrun-les-Bains, well known for its spa, awaits you, and a little further on, the village of Sault, with its climb to the summit of Mont Ventoux.

Your hosts, Isabelle and Stéphane, have over ten years' experience in the tourist industry and will be on hand to welcome you in the best possible conditions and help you spend a wonderful time in this little corner of paradise.
