Rio Provence

Rio Provence is an eco-gîte situated in an exceptional environment, between lavender fields and the Ouvèze river (rio) which borders a hectare of land with a large swimming pool and several playgrounds.

The gîte is located in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Baronnies Provençales, between lavender, lime trees and the Ouvèze river. This river (Rio in Spanish) is privately accessible and borders the one-hectare grounds, which offer a wide range of spaces (river beach, reading corner, meadow, playground), including a magnificent swimming pool (10x5m).

Completely independent gîte of 160 m² on two floors, situated on the edge of a little-used road. Past the two lime trees, you'll discover a carefully renovated house, decorated in a unique style with Cuban accents. Warm, comfortable and fully equipped, it's the ideal place to stay with family or friends.

Espace "Lavande" - Studio: Accessed via an outside staircase leading to a flower-filled balcony overlooking a lavender field.

Outdoor areas: 1 hectare of greenery
- Enclosed area with hanging area, playground (petanque lane, trampoline, swing, volleyball court), including :
- Swimming pool (10x5m), unheated, equipped with bubble cover and alarm, extended by relaxation area with pergola and shade.
- Terrace at pool level with outdoor kitchen and charcoal barbecue (tables for 12).
- Garden-level terrace with pergola (table for 6)
- Open-air area (access via 3 gates) featuring a meadow with soccer pitch, riverside paths and small river beaches (hammocks over water).

Practical information:
- Wifi + good 4G coverage, ideal for telecommuting.
- On season's wings, heating provided by a pellet stove in the large living room. Auxiliary heating for the bedrooms in "la menuiserie". Heating in every room of the small studio.
