Tilleul" if rented.

The gîte is located in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Baronnies Provençales, between lavender, lime trees and the Ouvèze river. This river (Rio in Spanish) is privately accessible and borders the one-hectare grounds, which offer a wide range of spaces (river beach, reading corner, meadow, playground), including a magnificent swimming pool (10x5).

This 45 m² apartment, located on the first floor of a house on the edge of a quiet road, is accessed via a staircase leading to a pretty, flower-filled balcony overlooking a lavender field. Recently renovated and decorated with original Cuban touches, it is fully equipped to guarantee your comfort and offer you a warm, cosy atmosphere - just like at home.

Description of accommodation:
- Living/dining room with fully equipped kitchen.
- Two bedrooms: one with a double bed (1x160) and one with two single beds (2x90).
- Bathroom (shower + WC).

Outdoor areas :
- Large enclosed garden with hanging area, playground (swing, trampoline, soccer and volleyball pitches)
- Garden-level pergola, terrace with outdoor kitchen and charcoal barbecue
- Swimming pool (10x5 m), unheated, equipped with cover and alarm
- Access to river and meadow via two gates

- Outdoor areas (terraces, garden, pool) are shared with ground-floor guests when the second "Rio Tilleul" gîte is occupied.

- If you prefer a completely private space, we recommend our "Rio Provence" package, which includes the whole house.

Numerous outdoor activities: swimming, hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking, climbing, via ferrata, paragliding. The absence of light pollution offers a sky of exceptional quality.
