Gîte located on a wing of the owners' house, independent entrance and no facing building. Private terrace with garden furniture. Ground floor: entrance through the main room, including a fitted kitchen and dining area, shower room (Italian shower), separate toilet, bedroom with double bed (1x140). Upstairs: a mezzanine with a TV lounge area, a bedroom with a double bed (1x140) and a small attic bedroom with two single beds (2x90), no window but with glass overlooking the staircase. You'll find yourself on a small farm with sheep, hens, rooster and cats. The gîte is surrounded by 2 hectares of woods and meadows. Numerous hiking trails start from the accommodation. Parking spaces in front of the gîte. A bread oven is available on request. The gîte adjoins a house currently being renovated. Fenced pond on the property. Weak telephone network. This gîte is located 3kms from Autichamp, a charming perched village typical of the Drôme valley, ideal for a peaceful stay in the countryside. Take advantage of a calm and rejuvenating environment while enjoying a multitude of cultural and outdoor activities.
Discover breathtaking natural landscapes (Trois Becs, Vallée de la Gervanne, Saou...). Nearby, you can swim in the Drôme or canoe downstream, depending on the water level. The Ramières nature reserve, famous for its biodiversity, is 20 minutes away, while the majestic Saoû forest, 15 minutes away, is ideal for hiking and climbing.
