Description
As early as the Middle Ages, a town grew up around the collegiate church.
The central square of the medieval town, through which the road from Grenoble to Valence passed for centuries...
Since the 10th century, the square has hosted the Sunday market, which remains an essential event in Romanesque life.
N°11: Sablière hotel, facade marked by the Renaissance (turret) and the 18th century (high windows).
Impasse Saint-Jean (between n°11 and n°13): door of the collegiate church, southern Romanesque style with gear tooth arch.
