Description
Production and breeding of farm squabs (tinned, roasted and 'rillettes'). From the village, take the D149 towards Bourg-de-Péage. At the roundabout by the train station in Marches, take the D302 towards Besayes for about 1.5 km (Mistral neighbourhood).
Rémy, Audrey and their team offer fresh squabs raised in semi-open-air conditions, as well as a wide range of preserves made on site.
You can find all their products in local producers' stores, restaurants and supermarkets in the Drôme, Ardèche and Isère regions. Don't hesitate to contact them if you'd like to visit the farm.
