Pause provençale - Zarafa

This fully-renovated, insulated 2-person gite is located on the terrace opposite the swimming pool. It's located in a quiet area close to shops, 15 minutes on foot from the center of Nyons, or 5 minutes by free shuttle bus.

It is independent of the house, which offers two guest rooms for up to five people.
Enter the room and you're in Africa: its name, Zarafa, is inspired by the wall hanging representing the first giraffe to set foot on French soil in 1827, offered to the king by an Egyptian sovereign.
It has a double bed (160/200) that can be doubled, and opens onto a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. The window opens to the south, and the entrance is through an east-facing bay window.
A door communicates with the kitchen-dining-living room: north-facing window and access to the terrace via an east-facing bay window, with full sun in the morning and assured shade in the afternoon.
Well-equipped (fridge, ceramic hob and oven, microwave), it also has a washing machine.
An ironing board, cot and high chair are available on request.
From the adjoining garden, it's a real pleasure to sit in a deckchair and contemplate the different colors of the Garde grosse mountain as the day progresses.
Swimming, siestas under the pergola or olive tree, cool aperitifs and barbecues await you, not to mention walks, festive evenings and discoveries of the Provençal Baronnies, a veritable landscape puzzle.

Zarafa means charming or ravishing in Arabic (giraffe: zerafa ).
