The first floor is occupied by the owner, but access and outside living areas (private terrace - private parking) are totally separate, guaranteeing peace and quiet for all.
A large terrace, open onto the living area, lets you make the most of the surrounding countryside. Equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, it provides a privileged living space for outdoor meals.
The bright entrance hall leads to :
- an air-conditioned living room with a fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle), an under-sloped storeroom, a dining area and a sitting area with a comfortable sofa. With its large bay opening onto the terrace, this bright room lets you enjoy the outdoors while benefiting from air-conditioning in summer.
