In the heart of nature, yet a 15-minute walk from the center of Die (5 minutes by bike, 3 by car)
Die's river and swimming pool 5 minutes away by car

You'll enjoy a modern, ecological, uncluttered and comfortable studio on the heights of Die; on the first floor of our large house (your studio is independent but adjoining*).

The generous studio (on one level) comprises a large living room opening onto a terrace / small garden, an open, fully-equipped kitchen, a sleeping area (2 beds), a shower room and a separate toilet.

Sleeping accommodation:
Bedroom: 2 single beds 90x190, possibility of 1 double bed 180x190cm
Living room: double sofa bed 140 x 200cm
We have invested in top-quality mattresses, made from 100% natural materials (latex, wool, cotton), medium-firm, which is suitable for most people, and made the bed bases ourselves from 100% solid wood.

Our house, fitted out with top-quality equipment (including bedding), is well maintained, with dedicated storage spaces.

I provide the sheets (beds are made up), and let you bring your own towels (or I can help you out with some if you need) and shower gel/shampoo.
Bathrooms and toilets: hand soap, toilet paper, bath mat, hand towels.
Kitchen: sponge, tea towel, garbage bag, dishwashing liquid, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar... if needed.

Books and games available (cars, train...board games on request). We can lend you a baby/toddler kit: secure cot (draw sheet and fitted sheet supplied), high chair, changing mat, potty/reducer, bathtub, plate, glass, cutlery, small stool.

Outside, enjoy a small garden (table, chairs, deckchairs)!

The studio is very pleasant to live in, summer and winter alike, in the cool of the interior, in the sunshine on the terrace or around a roaring fire!

* Important: this apartment is independent BUT adjoining!
Our living room is above the studio, the children are at school during the day, and can sometimes be a bit noisy when they come home in the evening and on Wednesdays. If this is the case, please let me know and we'll adjust!
The small terrace is surrounded by hedges, which limit (but don't completely avoid) the "vis-à-vis" when we park our car/bikes in the garage next door and then when we get home. But don't worry, we'll do our best to be discreet. The terrace overlooks your dedicated parking area and a small road with very little traffic (cul-de-sac).

Our studio is located in a quiet area in the heart of nature, on a small hill, yet close to the center of Die (15mn on foot, 5mn by bike, 3mn by car), an ancient Roman city nestled at the foot of the Vercors (475m altitude), in the Drôme, between the mountains and Provence, 2h from Lyon by car and 3h30 from Paris by train.

It's a paradise for families, nature and animal lovers, sports enthusiasts, ecologists, the hyperactive... but also for the curious, the bon vivants, fans of letting go and the gentle way of life... thanks to a wealth of experiences for young and old, and incredible landscapes to be enjoyed in every season and all year round. As the seasons go by, the landscapes and atmospheres are magical, and the activities adapt between the mountains and Provence!

Swimming (Die swimming pool & Drôme river 10 minutes away, tributaries...), sports (cycling / mountain biking, hiking, canoeing, via ferrata, biathlon, paddle, canyoning, caving, climbing, horse riding...), fun activities (accrobranche, cani rando, scooter, watergame, rail sledging, wakeboarding...), visits and workshops (distillery, brewery, wineries / clairette, Resistance, caves, farms, picturesque villages, third places...).

And don't forget Die, a lively, authentic little town with its 3rd-century ramparts, charming alleyways, local creators and producers, restaurants, cafés, guinguettes, festivals, markets and swimming spots!

In winter, Die remains lively with its market and small shops, and you can enjoy some great escapades on the Vercors plateau (snowshoeing, skiing, dog sledding...).
It's impossible to get bored!

Dreaming of a car-free holiday? Located 1km from the station and the center of Die, and very close to hiking trails, our studio is ideal for car-free holidays! You can have bikes delivered and enjoy the incredible playground that is the Diois! I don't drive, and I particularly enjoy country life...by bike!

If you come by bike, we can make a little space for you in our garage!
