On the road to your holidays, in the midst of the Mistral or the provencal sun, the Doulce France have been making traditional nougat for three generations, using time-proved methods, copper boilers and benefitting from all the experience and passion of the craftsman for his trade. Hard, soft nougat and other specialities.

Our nougat is made according to ancestral methods, cooked in a copper cauldron with all the know-how and love of a craftsman for his craft. Montélimar nougat with pistachios, soft nougat, hard nougat, caramelized nougat, tagada strawberry nougat and other specialties.
