Our single-storey gîte, totally independent and adjoining our house (for guaranteed peace and quiet!), is ideally located in a peaceful residential area, just 1 km from Nyons town center.
Your exclusive advantages:
- Private space: Enjoy a private 15 m² terrace with dining furniture, and a relaxation area under a pergola with garden furniture, with no overlooking the owners' space.
- Garden and Sun: A private garden awaits you right next to the pool with 4 deckchairs to perfect your tan.
- Shared pool: Cool off in the 8x4 m pool (unheated), shared with the owners.
- Easy parking: Parking is available.

- Capacity: 2 comfortable bedrooms (one queen-size bed 160x200 and two single beds 90x190).
- Cuisine Gourmande: An open, fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, Nespresso, etc.) to prepare your Provencal feasts.
- Entertainment: TV with Netflix and free WiFi.
- Amenities: Washing machine, modern bathroom with walk-in shower.
- Zen" plus: Beds made on arrival, towels and household linen provided. Free baby equipment (cot, high chair) on request.
