For the more confirmed enjoy this trail, especially for mountainbikers, along paths , single-track and in woodlands.
The long path through the undergrowth after Lens-Lestang is a real treat on a summer's day, when you need to cool off a bit. The descent to Hauterives will delight lovers of singles.
