The production workshops of the House of Cardot has been transforming milk from cows grazing in Drôme des Collines for 3 generations.
Maison Cardot is represented by Catherine Reynaud, the 3rd generation of artisan cheesemakers in the Drôme des Collines region. The cheese dairy specializes in ladle-molded cheeses matured in our cellars. The dairy also produces a wide range of whole-milk yogurts and cream desserts. All products are made with whole raw milk from the Saint-Michel-sur-Savasse dairy farm.
