The bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets and shutters. The bathroom, separated by a pocket door, includes a shower room with a large shower and a separate toilet. Outside: a 12 m² covered terrace and parking nearby. Shared amenities include a 5x10m swimming pool. 2.50m, open from April to September, secured by a roller shutter, closed on Sundays. Ideally situated in the heart of the Drôme Provençale, very close to the Vaucluse and 30 minutes from Grignan and Vaison-la-Romaine, the gîte offers a privileged location for alternating between relaxing by the pool and exploring the area. Discover Provençal markets, local produce, vineyards, the wine route, olive groves, hilltop villages, castles, the Saint-Ferréol-Trente-Pas gorges, the Toulourenc valley, and numerous hiking and cycling trails, with or without electric assistance, all the way to the ascent of Mont Ventoux.
