L'Escargot de Bezaudun

Following a career change, Fanny has been a snail farmer for 4 years on the family farm in Bézaudun-sur-Bîne. She raises around 100,000 snails in outdoor pens, which are then processed on the farm.

Since 2018, she has been raising and processing her snails on the farm into various culinary products. Production of jars of short-boiled meat, spreads as well as frozen products with parsley butter in shells, croquilles, mini bites, turnovers.
The store is open all year round by appointment. No visit to the farm.
