Les Simplissimes takes you on a discovery tour of the edible wild plants of the Vercors, real treasures overlooked along the way. From May to July, take part in discovery walks where coltsfoot, oxalis, nettle, wild spinach and woodruff reveal themselves in a whole new light.

These plants, consumed for centuries, are carefully harvested and transformed into delicacies: fragrant pestos, aromatic salts, gourmet jellies, syrups, infusions and many other culinary surprises. Each product tells the story of a deep bond with nature, rooted in ancient knowledge.

The walks, open to all, take you on a sensory journey along the Souillet trails. Smell, taste and learn to recognize these wild plants, which naturally find their way into traditional and creative recipes.

You can also find these creations at local markets or for sale direct from the farm.
