You'll be warmly welcomed to our gîte 'Les Orchys' in the Vercors Park, where you'll enjoy a peaceful stay in the warm atmosphere of a family home, ideal for relaxing in the heart of nature. View of the Massif Central, garden + parking on site, fenced in property with electric gate (€50 deposit required on site for pass.) -2 terraces: East and South + lounge and picnic table. The gite is adjoining our house, your entrance is independent. On 2 levels: -GROUND FLOOR: entrance opens onto dining room + fully-equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, traditional oven and microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffeemaker and filter, etc.) + baby area (bed, sheet, changing mat, bathtub, high chair) + living room + separate toilet -FLOOR FLOOR: living room, library, games room and 3 bedrooms (bdr.1: bed 140, bdr.2: bed 140, bdr.3: bed 90) +1 shower room. Bike rental 500m away. Hiking and biking right from the gîte, with accompaniment available. At the foot of the Vercors, 1h from Grenoble and 1h30 from Lyon, welcome to the east of the Valence plain, between Romans-sur-Isère and Crest. All year round, for weekends and longer stays, the gîte is the ideal base for a wide range of hikes through varied landscapes. In the surrounding area, there's something for everyone: Col des Limouches, Col de Cavalli, Col de Tourniol, Barcelonne, Upie zoo, Alixan circular village, Valence-St Didier golf course (18-hole course), Crest tower, the towns of Valence and Romans-sur-Isère, Combe d'Oyans, the banks of the Isère, the Saint Nazaire-en-Royans paddle steamer, climbing at Barbières and Rochefort-Samson. In the village: VBC bike park (300m), restaurant, children's playground, GR de Pays du tour des monts du matin. Summer swimming pool in Peyrus (5min) and aquatic center 15min away (Diabolo).
