Parking in front of the town hall. 1. Pass the "belle vendangeuse" (sculpture on saffron), follow the road to Le Brusquet. After 150 m, turn left towards the chapel, passing a centuries-old cade (juniper). Go around the chapel (N. D. de Cadenet) and follow the road. Reach the old village of Piégon (the ruins are barely visible, as they are completely overgrown; you can just make out the square tower). Continue along the road. At the crossroads, turn off in the direction of Le Jas. Then follow the signs for Les Pignes. Be careful, 50 m after the split between Le Jas and Les Pignes, take a path that climbs to the right of the road. 2. The climb is very steep. Then follow a small ridge. Descend slightly and go left (along the edge of the vineyard). A little further up, join a track: go up. Stay on this track. Cross the first chain. Then climb over a low electrified fence. You arrive at the former village of Les Géants (also known as Serre des Huguenots): in this hamlet, large human skeletons have been found. Turn right, then cross the fence again to follow the track. Cross two ravines, then leave the track to take a path that rises to the left. After a steep climb, you reach a wide path (Pas de Maneyrole, alt. 706 m) which you follow to the left, still climbing. 3. Continue on a good track. Reach a pass near the summit of Gros Mourre (alt. 810 m). 4. From here, take a path that heads off into the undergrowth (slightly downhill). You'll come to a track, which descends to the left. Follow it for a long time, then come to a road and turn right. This brings you back to the road you took on the outward journey. After the large building on the right, at the crossroads, turn right to return to the town hall.
