Les 3 L

Located in a quiet residential area, "Les 3 L" is attached to other homes. Its location is ideal for exploring the region, just 5 minutes from the A7 freeway and major roads. A private parking space is at your disposal, and other public parking spaces are also available just opposite the gîte.
On the first floor, the entrance opens onto a living-dining room with direct access to the garden and terrace. The fully-equipped kitchen (coffeemaker, oven, AirFryer, microwave...) opens onto a second small garden on the other side of the house. A first bedroom (2*x90×190 modular) completes this level. Upstairs, accessible via a staircase with ramp, you'll find two further bedrooms (one with a 140×190 bed and the other with a 90×190 bed and a 120×190 bed), plus a shower room. Located in Les Tourrettes, the gîte is ideally placed for discovering the best of the Drôme. You're just 10 minutes from Montélimar: the perfect opportunity for a stroll through the old town and, of course, a tasting of the famous nougat. For those who like to get moving, the surrounding area has plenty to offer. You can quickly join the ViaRhôna for a bike ride, or climb up to the old village of Rochemaure to cross its suspension bridge and enjoy the view over the Rhône.

If you prefer villages with character, the stone streets of Mirmande and Marsanne are just around the corner and well worth a visit. It's also a great base for hikers, with the trails of the Saou forest nearby.
