Restaurant Solidaire and Café Culturel: homemade meals prepared with recycled products from local partnerships. Join us for a delicious meal in a warm, supportive atmosphere!

Every day, a salaried cook supervises 3 to 4 volunteers, who together prepare simple, tasty and affordable home-cooked meals, serving around 30 meals. The aim is to prove that it's possible to enjoy quality products at low cost. Our volunteers come from a variety of backgrounds, including people in very precarious situations or with disabilities, via partners such as Mission Locale or Cap Emploi.
Food recovery: One of L'élabo's main focuses is the fight against food waste, using recovered products to make the restaurant accessible to all. How does it work? Recovery of unsold products: Twice a week / Pick-ups from producers / Redistribution: Unprocessable products are redistributed to other social and food aid structures, as well as to certain volunteers in precarious situations / Participative workcamps to support local producers.
