Private parking by the road. Garden furniture, masonry barbecue. Compulsory cleaning package for companies: €70/stay. On the outskirts of the city of Valence, the gîte is located in a quiet country setting. Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of Valence's shady terraces and squares, its old town center with its architectural charm (narrow streets, the cathedral, the Pendentif, the Maison des Têtes...). Don't forget to relax in the Parc Jouvet, under the kiosk Penet or along the Rhône (Viarhôna and Parc de l'Epervière).

Numerous sports and tourist activities in the surrounding area, 20kms away: Tain l'Hermitage (Cité du Chocolat Valrhôna and AOC Crozes-Hermitage vineyards) and Romans-sur-Isère (Musée International de la chaussure and Marques Avenue). The Palais du Facteur Cheval is 40kms away. The Chanalets golf course (18 holes) is just a few yards from the gîte, and there are many opportunities for hiking.

The gîte's location provides fast, easy access to major routes: 5 km from the A7 (Lyon/Marseille) and A49 (Grenoble/Geneva) freeways, 8 km from downtown Valence, 8 km from the TGV train station.
