Private terrace, adjoining the terrace of another gîte, 10m from the building. In the hamlet, 30m from the gîte, shared enclosed 1700 m² garden with sun loungers, sheltered summer kitchen (barbecue, hob, dishwasher, sink) and dining area, shared swimming pool (bean 8x3 m, depth 1m45, open from May to October, fenced), swings, board games. Shared laundry/toilet in the garden. Access to the gîte via a sloping path and a few stone steps (parking lot 30m away). Not accessible to disabled people. You'll be charmed by the natural surroundings, in the heart of a forest of holm oaks, the symbol of the region. Within a 10 km radius, numerous tourist attractions await you: the Château de Grignan, the fortress of Suze-la-Rousse with its Wine University, not forgetting the hilltop villages of La Garde Adhémar and Valaurie. Explore the Crocodile Farm or the famous Eyguebelle syrups.
