Le Moulin d'Aubin - Ferme Roux

Family farm since 1960, organic since 2007: located in Portes les Valence in the Drôme, our 4-generation family farm produces, processes and sells organic eggs, flour, pasta and oils.

Thanks to suspended millstones rotating at low speed, the wheat is unrolled without overheating, resulting in rich, healthy flours. To make our oil: no solvent, no refining, no chemical treatment, just a mechanically cold-pressed oil that retains its vitamins and antioxidants. You can recognize it by its fruity aroma, color and flavor.

We grow our own wheat for our flours, and sunflower and rapeseed for our oil. All our crops are certified organic.
