Opening Sunday December 14, 2025! Only truffles of "certain origin" from our territory are offered for direct sale by the Trufficulteur. Each Trufficulteur sells his truffles in a package stamped with his name, and gives each buyer a document that commits him to exchanging any truffle with a major defect within 7 days. La cabane aux truffes: An emblematic spot at the Market where good humor reigns, this stand run by volunteers offers truffle ravioli and a glass of wine from the Grignan les Adhèmar appellation. It's a great way to showcase our local produce. Market Chefs: Many of our local chefs have signed the Market Truffle Quality Charter. Every Sunday morning, a different chef proposes a truffled dish of his or her own composition. They range from Michelin-starred chefs to table d'hôtes offering truffle menus.
