Direct access to the terrace from the living areas, with garden furniture and barbecue (gas), overlooking nature. 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (1x140), 2 small bedrooms with 2 single beds, 1 of which is a bunk bed (2x90), and a pull-out bed (1x90) more suitable for a child, 2 shower rooms and toilets (Italian showers). Above-ground swimming pool (4mx2m), from June to Sept, weather permitting, and petanque court. Parking on the property (5 spaces). Unenclosed plot. Direct access to the river from the gîte, children to be supervised. River generally dry from June to Sept, weather permitting. Table available for 12 people. These are 2 communicating gîtes. The 2 living rooms are 28m² each, offering appreciable independence. The gîte is located in the small hamlet of Vaugelas, 4km from the hilltop village of Montclar-sur-Gervanne. The summit of the Montclar hill overlooks the entire Gervanne, offering superb panoramic views from the Vercors to the Bourdeaux region. Numerous sporting activities: hiking and mountain biking (from the gîte), swimming (10 minutes away) in the Drôme or Gervanne rivers, canoeing, canyoning, climbing, gliding; and cultural activities: hilltop villages, local markets, producers' farms, natural sites... Beufort sur Gervanne is less than 5 minutes away, and is a lively village with a community grocery store and a traditional organic chocolate factory. You'll be 10min from Mirabel and Blacons (bakeries, restaurants...), 20min from Crest (with its keep, the highest in France) and Saillans (route de la Clairette de Die).
