Gîte located on the second floor of the house.
First floor: balcony, living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and TV lounge area (sofa bed (1x140x190)), one bedroom with two single beds or one double bed (2x90 or 1x180x200) and a second bedroom with a double bed (1x160x200), separate toilet and shower room (shower cubicle).

A spacious terrace is accessible from the living room. A shed is being built in front of the terrace. Parking on the property. On request: access to a socket for recharging an electric vehicle (extra charge).
The house also houses the owners' second home. Their apartment is on the 2nd floor, with its own entrance. This gîte is located in a hamlet of several houses.

Heated outdoor swimming pool 2.5kms away (open mid-June to end August). The train station (1km) and the village (2.5km) are accessible via footpaths. In the Vercors Regional Nature Park, at Lus-la-Croix-Haute, this charming cottage invites you to take a break between mountains and forests. Enjoy superb views of the peaks, flowering meadows, crystal-clear streams and starry skies.
Ideally located between the Southern Alps, Dévoluy and Diois, the gîte is the starting point for unforgettable hikes, bike rides, cross-country skiing in winter or climbing on the surrounding cliffs.
