Just a stone's throw from the Via Cordata, the Herbouilly site and numerous hiking trails, lovers of outdoor activities will be delighted whatever the season.
This large 180 m² gîte can accommodate up to 15 guests and has 6 bedrooms, including 2 suites on the ground floor with private bathrooms accessible to people with reduced mobility.

It comprises :
Ground floor
A large living room with pellet stove, pool table, xxl sofa and flat-screen TV (Netfix, Prime vidéo, Canal+).
Accessible to people with reduced mobility, with 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor with en-suite bathrooms and 4 bedrooms on the 1st floor, it will respect everyone's space.
A fully-equipped kitchen with delonghi bean-to-cup coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer, twelve-place dishwasher, induction hob and large-capacity electric oven.
Two double bedrooms: bedroom 1 with a 160x200cm double bed, equipped with a walk-in shower, washbasin and closet, and bedroom 2 with a 140x190cm double bed, washbasin, shower cubicle and closet.

First floor
-Four bedrooms (bedroom 3: 1 double bed 160x200cm, bedroom 4: 1 double bed 140x190cm, bedroom 5: 1 double bed 140x190cm and 1 single bed 90x190cm, bedroom 6: 4 single bunk beds 90x190cm).
A large 14m2 bathroom with walk-in shower, corner bath, three basins and toilet.

-Optional bed linen: 20 euros/double bed and 10 euros/single bed for the living room.
-All rooms have closets.
-Towels not included.
-Compulsory cleaning fee of 150 euros/stay.
