This spacious group gîte, nestled in nature on 1.7 hectares of wooded grounds, can accommodate up to 60 people and is located at the foot of the Vercors mountains in the Drôme Valley. A true playground for nature lovers, the region abounds with superb sites to discover with friends or family. Activities include abseiling down the Crest Tower, hiking trails in the Saoû forest, canoeing down the Drôme River, visiting charming hilltop villages, and of course, sampling local specialties. Easily accessible, the property is located 25 minutes from Valence TGV train station and motorway exits. The property welcomes private groups (families, friends), holiday stays (including for people with disabilities), and professionals (seminars, meetings, conferences, etc.) year-round.

- La Raye Gîte (sleeps 14/15): Ground floor: kitchen/living room, lounge (with a sofa bed for 2 people), mezzanine (2 extra beds), 2 separate bedrooms with 3 beds each (3 x 90x200 cm) (3 x 90x200 cm), one of which is accessible for people with reduced mobility, with an en-suite shower room/toilet in each bedroom.
