We're crazy about this eco-friendly, comfortable, no-frills wooden gîte, nestled in the heart of nature with a breathtaking view of the Drôme Valley mountains!

Open countryside setting in Drôme valley with panoramic views of mountains, including Les Trois Becs, from gîte's south-west facing terrace. On the doorstep: lovely walks and hikes in hills, forests and surrounding mountains. 'La Table du Serre' (family farmhouse restaurant, open at weekends) 1.5km away: dishes based on local organic produce. Medieval village of Cobonne 3 min. away. Other hilltop villages in the area (e.g. Beaufort-sur-Gervanne, Gigors-et-Lozeron, Monclar-sur-Gervanne). Crest with its famous castle keep (the tallest in France) 15 min. away. Nearby (30-60 min.): forest of Saoû, Les Trois Becs mountain. In summer swimming in river Drôme and canoeing are popular pursuits. If you fancy sampling some Clairette (sparkling wine) Die is just 40 min. away!

Gîte adjoining owner's home, separate entrance. Garden level (short ramp to access): fitted kitchen, dining area, lounge (TV, sofa bed). Bedroom (2 single beds OR king-size bed). Shower room/WC. Private terrace with wonderful view of mountains, large garden. Parking on the property. Gîte accessed via 500m track suitable for cars.
