Outside stairs, first floor: balcony/terrace overlooking the countryside, cosy living room with fireplace (insert), dining room and kitchen, shower room (shower, washbasin, wc). A vaulted bedroom with private bathroom (bath, washbasin, wc, bidet), window on bathroom side only.
Upstairs (dining room side): mezzanine TV room, two bedrooms with adjustable beds (2x90 or 1x180).

Starlink box (high-speed internet). Parking in front of the property. Bike/motorcycle shelter. Spacious gîte with terrace and garden in the Gervanne Valley. Ideal for nature holidays, hiking, river bathing.
