La Terrasse

The Gîte de La Terrasse is on edge of Provence, in the Drôme valley, on the 'Domaine de Vincenti', an estate which has been in owners' family for 4 generations. Very comfortable and well equipped holiday home, light & airy, spacious, tasteful décor. Over 4 hectares of grounds (tennis court, swimming pool, children's play area). Owners' home on same property. They are always happy to meet visitors and offer any help required.

Ground floor: spacious lounge/dining-room (45 sq.m.), open-plan kitchen, washroom/WC, laundry. Living room & kitchen open onto large covered terrace (60 sq.m., outdoor furniture). Lower down, another terrace (BBQ, outdoor furniture) overlooks the property. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms each with bathroom/WC. 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms/WC, one of which is en-suite. Gîte can be organised to suit your requirements with king-size bed or two single beds in each bedroom. Beds made on arrival (good quality bed linen, duvets). Good range of baby equipment: high chairs, changing table, baby bath.
