Upstairs: 4 bedrooms including 1 connecting family room (160x200) (90x190) (2x90x200; 2x90x190 bunk beds), toilet. Outside: private terrace with electric plancha, awning and shade cloth, unfenced grounds, badminton net, hammock, swimming pool (dimensions 10x4.5m, max depth 1.8m, secured by an alarm). You can park privately inside the property. The owner's garage is available on request and by agreement for your bicycles, motorcycles or bulky equipment. Non-smoking cottage.
