La petite maison en bois

You're in the Vercors Regional Nature Park. Here, you'll find plenty of opportunities for hiking, biking and horseback riding in the Royans, and more generally in the Vercors and Drôme regions. Saint Jean en Royans is a 5-minute drive from the gîte. Saint Nazaire en Royans is 15 minutes away (wheeled boat excursion, garden with petrifying fountains...). There are also many caves to visit (Choranche, Thaïs, La Luire...). Vassieux en Vercors, famous for having been a hotbed of resistance during WW2, is 40 minutes away (memorial and museum of the Vercors Resistance). In winter, for Nordic activities, the Grand Echaillon ski resort is 25 minutes away and Font d'Urle 30 minutes.

Detached wooden house, accessed by a step up to the front door. Fitted kitchen opening onto the living room, dining area, sofa, TV, desk, wood-burning stove, bedroom with double bed (1x160), separated from the living room by a glass roof, shower room (shower cubicle, washbasin, washing machine), separate toilet. Private terrace with garden furniture and second terrace in the shade of an ash tree. The gîte adjoins the owners' workshop and is opposite their house (slight vis-à-vis possible).
