La Noyeraie

La Noyeraie: cosy stone house, large enclosed garden, 4 bedrooms including dormitory, modern kitchen & terrace. At the foot of the Vercors, close to shops & nature activities. Hiking, biking, leisure activities, walnut grove visits... A charming, all-inclusive stay!

At the entrance to the village, this charming stone house is ideally located for exploring the foothills of the Vercors. You'll be just a few steps from the village grocery store, bakery and village center (only 2 minutes' walk). The property extends over 1,000 m² of fully fenced grounds, with secure gated parking.

The gîte has three levels.
- On the ground floor, you'll find a living room opening onto a modern kitchen, WC and French windows leading directly onto the outdoor terrace.
- On the second floor are three bedrooms, each equipped with a 160x200 cm bed, air conditioning and closets. A first bathroom with shower and toilet completes this floor.
- The second floor features a dormitory with 4 beds 90x190 cm, ideal for children. An adapted lounge area. This dormitory is secured by a key-operated barrier, guaranteeing safety and peace of mind.

Between the plains and mountains, La Noyeraie welcomes you in a privileged natural setting, in the heart of the walnut trees, symbol of the region.

There's no shortage of activities around the gîte, with hiking trails accessible to families and experienced walkers alike, leading you to discover superb panoramas and authentic hamlets. Cyclists will also find plenty to do on the hilly roads and country lanes that criss-cross the Drôme (voie verte).

Just a stone's throw away, Joli Paddock Loisirs offers unique open-air experiences: go-karts and electric draisies to delight young and old alike, and set the pace for your stay!

And because walnuts are king here, the month of October is a special time of year, harvest time, when Céline and Benoit share their know-how and passion for this emblematic fruit with you, during a visit to their farm (on request).
