The property offers breathtaking views of the Vercors foothills. This spacious, detached house is the perfect place to relax in peace and quiet, with family or friends. You'll be within easy reach of all the region's beautiful sites. Discover Romans, with its international shoe museum, collegiate church and Marques Avenue. Valence, with its pedestrian streets, cathedral, Parc Jouvet and Peynet kiosk, is 30 minutes away, as is the Palais Idéal du Facteur Cheval. You can cycle the Via-Rhôna or enjoy a plate of Dauphiné ravioles. Tain, with its Cité du Chocolat and famous Hermitage vineyards, is 20 minutes away. The Vercors Regional Nature Park, an ideal starting point for beautiful hikes, is less than 1 hour away.
