The gîte is located in a charming stone house. The other dwelling is unoccupied, so you'll have the property to yourself! The enclosed grounds are 2500m². Spacious terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, private spa accessible all year round (4-seater, standing position, cover with ties and key, children to be supervised).

Ground floor: entrance via living room (sofa, TV, wood-burning stove), fitted kitchen with dining area. Staircases on either side of the living room and kitchen give access to the mezzanine bedrooms: one with a double bed (1x160), the other with two single beds (2x90). The shower room is located in the middle of the two bedrooms and is connected (shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet).
The 3rd bedroom is accessible from outside by crossing the terrace (steps): double bed (1x150) and shower room (shower, washbasin, wc).

You'll be right in the middle of nature, close to the Vercors Regional Nature Park, 20 minutes from Romans-sur-Isère and 30 minutes from Valence. You'll be able to enjoy exceptional hiking trails through the Monts du Matin, the Vercors, the Royans and the Drôme des collines. Saint Nazaire en Royans is 20 minutes away, where you can visit the Grotte de Thaïs or take a tour on a paddleboat. If you're a rock-climbing enthusiast, the Combe d'Oyans or the Rocher des Deux Sœurs are close by. The Boisse river is 100m away. The Vercors mountains are less than an hour's drive away.

Perched at an altitude of 550m, the gîte is 3km from the village, isolated in the middle of fields. Access is via the narrow, winding Gorges de St Vincent road.
