First floor: living room/kitchen with pellet stove, bedroom (2 bunk beds 90x200cm), shower room, wc, laundry room. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (180x200) (140x190), wc, landing converted into lounge area with sofas, TV, games and library area. Outside for your exclusive use: south-facing terrace, unfenced garden, parking. The wood-burning stove will warm you up after your days in the mountains, and the bedrooms will give you a restful night's sleep, all with the sweetness of an all-inclusive service for vacations or weekends with no extras. For your comfort, beds will be made for your arrival. We don't live on site, but we'll be happy to show you all the tourist attractions of our beautiful region. For a green or snowy vacation, Elimina's house is very pleasant and does us good! On the Drôme-Isère border, in the heart of the Vercors Natural Park, close to the Hauts Plateaux, the setting is inspiring for hikers and the location is attractive, just 1 hour from Grenoble and 2 hours from Lyon. You're also just 20 minutes from Villard de Lans (15km). Not forgetting Corrençon en Vercors and Autrans-Méaudre (20km), the Nordic area of Herbouilly (9km), the resorts of Font d'Urle and Col de Rousset (30km), the caves of Choranche and La Luire, the spectacular cliffside routes of the petits et grands goulets, Combe Laval, the gorges de la Bourne, the route de Presles... In the village : tennis courts, pétanque court, Brochier café-restaurant. From the village: Moulin Marquis waterfall or Bournillon waterfall.
